- work on an elderberry syrup post
- check their math, help with corrections
- gather nourishing soup recipes for fall
- work on phonics & reading with 7, 5, & 3 yr olds
- finish up our 1st week of Sonlight readings
- decide on a spelling program (surely there must be one that will *click* with our family)
- get some chickens roasting in the crock pots
- make sure they practice their violins (the violin-playing children, not the chickens)
- plan next week’s menu
- get the teenager to soccer game bus on time
- tidy up house, just found out company’s coming, it will be ok, it’s not Martha Stewart, but still…
- get baths done early
- catch up on laundry
- ok, at least make a big dent in the laundry pile
- dig out that book I’ve been meaning to re-read
- find some quiet time, pray about some things weighing heavily on my heart

Oh, Lord, I confess that on many days, that verse does not paint a picture of me, yet, my prayer is that it would… I thank You for Your patience with me, for not declaring my picture done yet!
Great list. I have some similar things on mine. I’m grateful the Lord hasn’t declared me ‘done’ yet either. One the the great ironies? His strength is made perfect in our weakness!
